OPENING OF THE ART SUMMER PROJECT IN THE NEW TRETYAKOV GALLERY

On June 24, 2021, a personal exhibition of paintings by the famous abstract artist Alexander Beridze "Mental Figurative" opened in the New Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val as part of the ARTSUMMER XXI Century project. The ARTSUMMER XXI century festival continues the mood of summer-sparkling with an abundance of juicy colors and the taste of real life. Its name reveals the essence of what is happening on the site. This is the final exhibition of works by iconic names from the world of the art community under the guidance of Vasilisa Litvinova. The heart of the exhibition was the personal hall of the bright French artist Alexander Beridze with his series of paintings "Mental Figurative".

Within the walls of the New Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val, Alexander Beridze presented at least 30 works full of dynamics and expression. There is no plot in them: the author focuses the viewer's attention on the main thing with the help of shape and color. Combining abstract geometry, a rich color palette, amazing experiments with coloristics and different techniques, he creates a completely new visual dimension. The art preview was attended by Irina Bezrukova, Vlad Lisovets, Stas Sadalsky, Yurate Gurauskaite, Snezhina Kulova, Irina Jovovich, Alyona Chekhova, Anisa Ashiku and others.
