A pleasant atmosphere is an integral part of any spa. To create it at home your imagination and personal addictions can help. Drape the walls, protruding corners of the furniture, light scented candles or incense, turn on pleasant relaxing music or the sounds of nature, make a path with rose petals from the bathroom to the place marked as “treatment room”, make your favorite relaxing tea and cut some fruits.

Take a bath with sea salt. Sea salt contains many useful microelements: iodine, potassium, calcium, bromine, zinc, magnesium, silicon, iron. Through this procedure, you can establish a metabolism, increase the elasticity and smoothness of the skin, restore the nervous system, normalize blood pressure. First dissolve the salt (about 200-300 g) in hot water in a separate bowl, and then pour the solution into a bath of warm water. Take such a bath for no longer than 20 minutes. And in order to completely feel the atmosphere of peace, comfort, harmony, you can decorate the bath with flower petals and beautiful candles.

Do not forget about aromatherapy. Some people add aromatic oils directly to the water while taking a bath, some just add a few drops on the sides of the bath. Most importantly, remember that different scents can in their own way affect mood and well-being:

• jasmine oil soothes, relieves fatigue;

• rosemary oil refreshes and energizes;

• lime oil increases concentration.

Cleansing bath

Bath to cleanse the skin of toxins: 5 drops of lavender essential oil, 10 drops of juniper essential oil and 1 teaspoon of almond oil.

Relaxing bath

Dip a bag with a mixture of coriander and dill into the bath, and then pour 200 g of freshly squeezed carrot juice into it.

Bath for sound sleep

Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 1 teaspoon of almond oil and 5 drops of marjoram or chamomile essential oil to the bath.

Cleanse your skin with a scrub. An effective scrub recipe: oatmeal (1 cup), coffee grounds (3 tbsp.), Coconut oil (2 tbsp. L) and ground cinnamon (on the tip of a knife). Mix everything and apply to the skin with massaging movements. Apply scrub to the face very carefully, without strong pressure, avoiding the area around the eyes; apply scrub intensively on the body, you can also use a hard mitten. Rinse with warm water.

Do the wrap. To moisturize and nourish the skin, mix yogurt and brewed oatmeal (1: 1) to the state of gruel. Apply this mixture evenly on your skin, wrap yourself with cling film, and wrap yourself in a sheet. Cover yourself with a blanket. This way you should lie down for half an hour, listening to pleasant music.

Enjoy the peace. To get rid of stress and tension, listen to silence! If you want some variety, you can turn on soft and pleasant music (for example, classics) or record with sounds of nature (birds chirping, the sound of surf or rain, rustling leaves). Or just read your favorite book.
